I currently work as a research fellow at Leibniz Institute for Prevention Research Epidemiology - BIPS GmbH. A public health professional to embrace the concept of "Prevention is better than cure" and extremely motivated to contribute in the field of public health. My research interests includes cancer epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology

Public Health Data Science Intern

Performed differential gene expression and gene-set analysis in microarray and RNAseq data [Transcriptomics] and combine them using meta-analysis. - Worked on Breast cancer and Glioma: Tumour grade differentiation through differential gene expression and other clinical variables

Medical Scientist-B

- Responsible to draw on clinical knowledge to map and group data across multiple standard terminologies like SNOMED CT and ICD-10. - Develop terminology content and programs for rules, registries, analytics or applications within an EMR and also review client proprietary codes or industry-standard documentation to verify that correct medical terminologies are being utilized - Projects involved: 'Setting up of Hospital-Based Cancer Registry in Regional Cancer Centers' and 'Strengthening Medical Certification of Cause of Death - e-Mortality Software'
